Description
BgcCrop was the standard for clm5_0 compsets and will be the standard for moving forward. The PPE work does using plain BGC compsets, so we'll need them for Clm60 compsets. But, we can remove them from Clm50 and maybe Clm45. Just as a way to reduce our compsets and needed tests.
