Add relevant FATES tree damage module history output to `FatesColdTreeDamage`

@adrifoster noticed during some refactor work for fates that we may have accidentally deprecated some history output code for the fates tree damage module. While we have a test for this run mode, the test does not have relevant history outputs for that mode and should be included.
