Figure out how to divide winter and spring wheat

We need a way to figure out how to divide winter and spring wheat in our surface datasets. The datasets label all wheat the same, so we've just called it spring wheat. But, since the two act very differently we need a way to distinguish locations with winter wheat as opposed to spring.
