Add per-crop baset_latvary_slope and _intercept

For now, `baset_latvary_slope` and `baset_latvary_intercept` setting applies to all crops. As suggested by @KNR8070, it'd be better to be able to set them for individual crops. This would, of course, require adding these to the paramfile.
