Clarify which global attributes to see in some metadata

In both `hfields_1dinfo` and `subgridRest_write_only`, there are a number of attributes where we say, "see global attributes". As @timhoar points out, it is not obvious which global attributes apply to each field. We should clarify these "see global attributes" statements, stating the specific names of fields (e.g., for `cols1d_ityplun`: "see global attributes: ilun_*".
