Description
Seems like @ekluzek is using user-mods directories often to modify how cases are setup, control history file output, etc.
Should we be using these more effectively in our workflow? This could include:
- controlling history file output for testing vs. production cases (e.g. CMIP6 & TRENDY vs. testing on PPE branch)
- single point cases (e.g. NEON or PLUMBER2)
- others?
@dlawrenncar does this summarize our conversation?
