Description
I didn't check in detail for other inconsistencies but at a minimum:
`atm2ocn_fmapname` and `atm2ice_fmapname` are referenced in [the docs as being relevant](https://github.com/ESCOMP/CMEPS/blob/806cce1de93ac96dcdc977e30f18c1206e8b6bf6/doc/source/addendum/req_attributes_cesm.rst#L41) for CESM
but are [not used](https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AESCOMP%2FCMEPS+atm2ocn_fmapname&type=code) in the CESM `esmFldsExchange` anywhere
