Update resolutions used in the aux_cmeps testlist from using POP land/ocean masks to using the MOM t232 mask

Many of the masks being used in the aux_cmeps testlist use the land/ocean mask for POP rather than t232 from MOM:

So changed to these grids: f19_t232_rx1, f09_f09_mt232, T62_t232, ne16pg3_ne16_mt232, ne5pg3_ne5pg3_mt232, f10_f10_mt232, f09_t232_gl4, ne30pg3_ne30pg3_mt232, ne30_t232

All of the above but the T62_t232 grid need to be added to ccs_config before they can be used in CMEPS. See the issue there: https://github.com/ESMCI/ccs_config_cesm/issues/207
