Expected fail in aux_cmeps test for nvhcp compile due to fail in compile of CAM file

With cesm3_0_alpha05c using cmeps1.0.33 (and ccs_config_cesm1.0.16) the following test fails in aux_cmeps

ERP_Ln9.f09_f09_mg17.F2000climo.derecho_nvhpc.cam-outfrq9s

It also failed the same way with the cmeps1.0.61 baseline which I think was with cesm3_0_alpha05b and so the slightly older cmeps1.0.25 version.

It fails with an ICE in a CAM file as follows:
