Change Clm50 tests in the testlist to Clm60

Description
In the testlist are some tests of compsets using Clm50. These should be updated to use Clm60, since ctsm5.2.0 is available now and it's an option. See the CTSM issue about this.

Part of this is to make sure there is a matching Clm60 compset for the Clm50 one.
When the change is made it might also be a good time to assess the CLM tests that are being done and add and/or subtract anything that makes sense.
