CISM wrapper namelist updates

To support the newest code on cism-main, we will need to add support for new namelist options in cime_config/namelist_definition_cism.xml . As part of this update, we may decide to make some changes or updates to the CISM config file organization as well, including updates in libglide/glide_types.F90 and libglide/glide_setup.F90.

To facilitate those updates and discussion, I've started a spreadsheet documenting what is currently supported in CISM-wrapper here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UiLAmH7loaSM6zhVevPrO6SO6JAqtdKSecdsbzBNdGY/edit?usp=sharing

My plan is to add another section to the spreadsheet for new (incoming) variables and then a third with the desired organization.

I'll add some thoughts about possible updates here, please feel free to contribute any of yours!
