Generate step for tests fail because history files do have have "cice5" in the name

I found in testing for SLIM that tests with CICE5 fail on the "GENERATE" phase because the history files have "cice" in the name rather than "cice5".

I don't know if we should care enough to fix it, but I did run into it as an issue.

Start by reproducing the SLIM test failure in the GENERATE phase and compare the expected history-file name with the generated name. Read the linked SLIM issue for context and identify where the CICE5-specific filename is assumed; done means the GENERATE phase handles the existing "cice" history filenames consistently.
