Update compset long names in testlist_allactive.xml

A few tests in testlist_allactive.xml use compset long names:

With the most likely changes in #407 - adding `_BGC%BDRD` to most fully-active compsets - I'm thinking we should do the same for these tests that use compset long names. But I'm not sure about this.

I'm not sure what the right thing is to do for the CAM60 compset: do we want `_BGC%BDRD` there for consistency with the CAM70 compset? I'm thinking yes, but I'm not sure.

For the two CAM70 compsets with MARBL, I'm thinking we want `_BGC%BDRD` – or maybe even turn them into emissions-driven compsets with `_BGC%BPRP`. But currently these tests are failing and I'm hesitant about changing a test that I can't check because it's failing.

@fischer-ncar can I leave this to you to do - either in conjunction with #407 or later? @mnlevy1981 also looping you in since this involves MARBL compsets.
