Once rework of model output time is complete across most components, review new outputs to make sure they look good

Once the major changes are in place for various rework of model output time (standardizing metadata, removing 0th time step, and putting time in the middle of the averaging interval), we should review the new output to make sure it looks good.

At this point the changes are in place for CAM. This review can probably be done once the changes are in place for CTSM (https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/issues/1059, https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/issues/925, https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/issues/1693). There may still be some other outstanding needs at that point, but the most important changes should be done by then.
