Description

Create/clean-up/finalize user interface. This would include website hosting/publishing decisions, documentation for use cases, making the code more robust to handle missing data or fields, and adding the ability to run the diagnostics automatically as part of a CESM workflow.

Creat a framework for additions and document how to expand or contribute to diagnostics from outside (or inside) NCAR.
