Test different CARMA models in current CAM code

Currently, we have different CARMA models part of the CESM2 code, that have not been tested.
Here is a list of models that need to be tested in the current code base, using an F-case test with coarse horizontal resolution.

Test in CAM6
- cirrus: cloud model for ice clouds using CARMA, with homog. nucleation
- cirrus_dust: same as cirrus but with heterogeneous nucleation as well
- dust
- sea_salt
- meteor_smoke: Chuck’s micro meteorites
- meteor_impact
- pmc
- test_radiative
- test_tracer
- test_tracer2
- test_detrain
- test_passive
- test_swelling

Test in CAM4:
- sulfate: pure sulfate
- mixed_sulfate: strat. sulfate and meteor smoke
- test_growth: has both sulfate and ice

Models to remove:
- bc_strat
- pmc_sulfate
- tholin
