Description
Currently the `README.md` file on CAM's master branch needs to be updated manually whenever a new `cam_development` branch tag is created. This can result in the README file being out-of-sync with the actual repo.
To fix this, a Github action should be created that automatically updates the README file whenever a new `cam_development` tag is pushed.
