Description
Some non-critical functionality for FV3-CAM port PR was deferred. The following items will be added in future commits:
- gravity wave sources (gravity_waves_sources.F90)
- history output interpolation
- better treatment for the 2 fast microphysics routines in a subdirectory of the fv3 interface.
- more robust makefile for FV3 library.
- refactor use of global arrays for dyn_grid interface - refactor to be more like SE dp_mapping.
- create more comprehensive decomp_set routine in build-namelist.
