Should the mpasa grids use the MOM land/ocean mask?

### What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

The mpasa grids are all setup in ccs_config to use POP land/ocean masks. To be consistent with the coupled model and to enable the mpasa grids to be used fully coupled it seems like they should be updated to use the MOM t232 mask (and maybe t025 for higher resolutions). Also currently the ocean mask isn't given in the alisas name, and I think the ocean mask should be included in the alias names just as it is for other grids.

Doing this would mean adding the grids to ccs_config and then change the testing for mpasa grids to use it.
