Description

### What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

When initially porting ZM, fracis is being hardwired to 0 in convect_deep before the call to ZM. Because of this, fracis was set to 0 in the registry and access="protected". The fracis variable will need to be handled properly when zm_deep_tend_2 is ported
