registry names no longer match SE dycore

Description
The CAMDEN registry has changed its total tendency variables to include `_total` in the name (e.g., `dtdT_total`), however, the SE dycore is still expecting the original names (e.g., `dtdT`). To allow the SE dycore to compile, the SE dycore should be updated.
