Description
While exploring the hist_config.py unit tests in CAM-SIMA, I came across a couple history configuration options which don't appear to be listed in the official history documentation. Those two options are:
`hist_diag_file`
`hist_no_defaults`
We should include them in the documentation so that users are aware of them (in case they every go looking in the unit tests like I just did).
