Document the configurations involved to set up an SSH connection with a VM in OpenStack

New users are often not familiar with the networking & configuration requirements to set up an ssh connection with a VM hosted in OpenStack.
I often receive requests that I follow up with specific information by email, but it may be good to collect some basic information in a single page which can address the most important concepts and provide some general information.
