Provide/collect a list of technical resources that would be relevant for EGI participants and EGI Foundation members to go forward/learn more/share knowledge.

This would include things like:
- https://devhints.io/
- https://tldr.sh/
- https://developers.google.com/tech-writing
- https://landing.google.com/sre/books/
- https://roadmap.sh/devops

We need to find an appropriate way/place for publishing this.
