Content edits

Hi there,
I'm working on wireframes now and identified areas for text to be edited. We need text for:
+ Front Page - "Uses MTA - STS": when the new checkbox is expanded
+ Front page - “If all three pass, you may qualify for the STARTTLS Policy List" will no longer match the options—we need to swap out the text for this.
+ FAQ - explainer for what MTA-STS is

Suggested edits to existing content:
+ FAQ - relink the description of Transport-Layer Security to the SSD explainer for "What Should I Know About Encryption?": https://ssd.eff.org/en/module/what-should-i-know-about-encryption#1
+ FAQ - link "Does STARTTLS encrypt email so only I and the recipient can read it (i.e. end-to-end-encryption)?" to the "TLS or End-to-End Encryption?" section of SSD: https://ssd.eff.org/en/module/what-should-i-know-about-encryption#3
