How to uninstall using orbic-shell?

v0.8.0

### Device

Orbic RC400L

### Installer OS

Windows

### Describe the Issue

I can't figure out how to uninstall this.

This was merged: https://github.com/EFForg/rayhunter/pull/707 so the text on https://efforg.github.io/rayhunter/uninstalling.html is changed, but the current release doesn't have `orbic-shell` util.

I pulled builds from artifacts and ran orbic-shell.
It connects and says `This terminal is fairly limited. The shell prompt may not be visible, but it still accepts commands.`
I tried several commands and even just `reboot` without anything prior and nothing happens.

So kind of lost.
