The [RC400L spec page](https://efforg.github.io/rayhunter/orbic.html) mentions the device supports some 5G bands despite it not being a device that supports 5G. As @untitaker pointed out in the [FCC docs](https://fccid.io/2ABGHRC400L/Test-Report/SZ20040157W02-Reliance-RC400L-LTE-FCC-1-4714640), it may even support less LTE bands than stated on the EFF spec page for it.

Research direction
Start with the RC400L spec page at efforg.github.io/rayhunter/orbic.html and compare its listed bands with the linked FCC report. Update the documentation so it does not claim 5G support and reflects the verified LTE bands; done means the page matches the cited device documentation.
