Zip 75214 was routed to the wrong representative, using the "Call Now" feature

Description
When I used the action center's "Shut the NSA's Backdoor to the Internet" section and used the "call now" feature, it routed me to the wrong representative (sent me to Jeb Hensarling instead of Pete Sessions), based on my zip code (75214). 75214 spans two congressional districts.
