Trade Dangerous format output files don't contain any market information for carriers

**Please complete the following information:**

- Version: 5.12.2+310cf9f
- Game Version: 'Odyssey' I guess (4.1.0.200, Using Odyssey: True)
- OS: Windows 11 Pro (however the System Profiler reports Windows 10)
- OS Locale: Japanese_Japan

**Describe the bug**

When using the "Market data in Trade Dangerous format file" output, the files don't contain any trade information for player-owned fleet carriers, even when the carrier has some items on the market

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click File -> Settings, go to the Output tab, make sure that "Market data in Trade Dangerous format file" is ticked
2. Set an appropriate directory below in the "Save location" field
3. In the game, dock to a carrier owned by another player that has any items on the market
4. Open the .prices file that was created for that carrier in the directory set in the step 2
5. Observe no market items present in the file

**Expected behavior**

The created .prices file contains market items present on the carrier

Renamed to .txt to satisfy github file upload.
I can't check whether this problem only pertains to docking to carriers owned by others, or one's own carrier is also affected.
For regular stations and planetary settlements, the market data is present as expected.
