Carrier cargo and material inventory data isn't currently accessible

## What happens now
If I'm trading at a station, it would be helpful to be aware of the cargo and materials already stored on my fleet carrier.

## What I'd like to happen
Track carrier cargo and materials and use them to make recommendations when I visit a station.

## How it can happen
- [ ] Use the Frontier API and various journal events to track carrier inventories.
- [ ] Update EDDI's UI to allow cargo and material inventories to be viewed.
- [ ] Update scripts to utilize carrier data when available.
