Description

Need to $title.

**Lease Period**
- The current lease period, specified on the subscriber side, is 2 days. Should this be increased?
- Should we also set the same on the hub side? This is only used if a subscriber does not specify a lease period (in our case the subscriber has to remove it from the annotation). Alternately, we can remove the lease period from the subscriber and have the default on the hub side.

**Resiliency Configuration**
Needs to be decided for both the hub and the subscriber.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the current hub and subscriber configuration, focusing on the existing two-day lease period and the unspecified resiliency settings. Done means the lease-period ownership and fallback behavior are decided, and resiliency settings are defined for both the hub and subscriber.
