Need incident originator (organization name e.g. EC, Gampaha District EC)

Incident originators' District center as a column on the list tables
If originated from guest, it should only show as 'Guest'.

Locate the incident list-table entry points and the data used for incident originators, then read how existing columns render organization values. Add a District center column that shows the originator organization and displays only “Guest” for guest-originated incidents; verify the relevant list tables manually or with their existing tests.
