Multilingual Functionality Not Working Properly
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login as any user
2. Change the language to SINHALA or TAMIL
3. Check whether translation happens
**Expected behavior**
Labels should be translated to selected language
**Actual Output**
Labels not translated to selected language
