**Describe the bug**
Change password link directed to Django administration login form

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login as a EC data-entry operator
2. Click on 'Change Password'
3. Check the directed page

**Expected behavior**
When click on the link it should allow user to change the password

**Actual Result**
It is directed to Django administration login form
