## 概要(Overview)
テンプレートにfavicon.icoがない状態でプラグイン(EccubeUpdater401to402)を実行するとエラーが発生した。
## 期待する内容(Expect) or 要望 (Requirement)
ファイルがなくても、エラーが発生ないようにして欲しい。
ちなみに、EccubeUpdater400to401ではエラーは発生しなかった。

+ PHP: 7.1.20
+ DB: 5.7.25
