[規格分類管理] 規格分類の削除と表示/非表示切り替えで、同じイベントが発火している

### 概要(Overview)

規格分類管理画面の「削除」と「表示/非表示」で
EccubeEvents::ADMIN_PRODUCT_CLASS_CATEGORY_DELETE_COMPLETEという同じイベントが発火する。

修正が必要なものかどうか分かりませんが、念の為記載しておきます。

規格分類管理画面にアクセス

・削除を実行する
・表示/非表示の切り替えを実行する
