受注管理：受注一覧の対応状況変更の変更できませんのメッセージの番号が画面上にない

受注No：9の対応状況ですが、11と表示されてしまいます。

※ 出力されている番号が出荷IDのため

### 再現手順(Procedure)

以下が手順です。注文IDと出荷IDが同じにならないようにしてから管理画面で対応状況の一括変更を行います

1. 複数配送の注文を行う
2. 受注一覧から複数配送をした注文の対応状況の変更を行う
* このとき、変更できない対応状況を選択する
3. メッセージに注文Noとは異なる番号が表示される
