会員CSV登録機能が欲しい

ec-cube4の管理画面より会員を一括で登録できる機能が欲しいです。
(ec-cube4には商品CSV登録やカテゴリCSV登録はある）

例えば、別サービスからのec-cube4へのデータ移行の際に、
DBの知識が無くても会員の一括登録ができる様になるため、
ec-cube4への移行のハードルが下がるのではと思いました。
