`ショップ設定 -> 配送方法管理` の問題

## 概要(Overview)
`ショップ設定 -> 配送方法管理` に以下の2点の問題がある
- `配送業者名` 及び `名称` の項目の名称及び使われ方
- 3系では `配送業者名` がフロント画面に表示されているが、 `名称` を表示すべきである
- 2系では `名称` がフロント画面に表示されていたので3系への移行時のミスだと思われる
- 上記の名称では分かりにくいので、 `管理用名称` 、 `フロント表示用名称` 等の項目名に変更したい
- `伝票No.URL` の項目の使い道
- デフォルトで受注情報に伝票Noを持たないためこの項目が機能していない

## 期待する内容(Expect) or 要望 (Requirement)
- `配送業者名` 及び `名称` の項目の名称及び使われ方
- 分かりやすい項目名・カラム名への変更
- フロントへ表示する項目の再確認・修正
- `伝票No.URL` の項目の使い道
- 伝票No機能の実装または項目の削除
