Description
As described at https://docs.cupy.dev/en/stable/install.html#using-cupy-on-amd-gpu-experimental, CuPy has support for use with ROCm but binary packages are not currently available. Build CuPy from source with ROCm support. Instructions for source build with ROCm are at https://docs.cupy.dev/en/stable/install.html#building-cupy-for-rocm-from-source
