This is a follow up item to #8.
### Details
> We don't seem to have a list of all CIME variables but a good start is this example env_case.xml file: [pace.ornl.gov/xmlviewer/222803/env_case.xml](https://pace.ornl.gov/xmlviewer/222803/env_case.xml). variables like "CASE" and "MACH". If you make a column, I'll help fill it out.
