Initialize v1 from v0 "cami" file

The current workflow to create initial conditions for EAMxx is to run a special case of SCREAMv0 with extra outputs for each input into each atmosphere process, and then to postprocess these outputs to create an initial condition file for EAMxx with initial values for every field that is tagged as `Required` or `Updated`. This is a bit inconvenient, and ultimately we'd like to be able to use existing `cami.*`-style initial conditions to initialize EAMxx with. This will likely require some tweaks to the AD.
