Tool to convert CLM land initial conditions to ELM

Hi E3SM team,

I am planning to run ELM driven by CAM6 atmospheric forcing, I am now considering to generate a reasonable land initial conditions. I was wondering if there is any existing tool or workflow to convert CLM land initial condition files to ELM land initial condition files?
