Description
On a new machine, when there is no data in inputdata (or if we change the default location of inputdata to ask for a re-download), the test `SMS_D_Ld1.ne30pg2_EC30to60E2r2.WCYCLSSP370.gcp_gnu.allactive-wcprodssp` will fail as it does not download certain data.
