Expand destination selection for 'show logs'

# Summary

Hi! :)
We would like to request more possibilities when it comes to `Show logs` option.
Currently we can either create a new notebook by clicking on `New notebook` or select existing one from the drop down menu.

## Feature Suggestion

It would be nice to have additional option such as `log explorer` or its 3rd gen alternative when its available in the 3rd gen.
