add progress indicators for drcachesim post-processing and trace analysis

For a large offline trace, post-processing and subsequent trace analysis can take a long time. We should print out some kind of progress indicator so the user knows that something is happening and will have a time estimate for completion. For both post-processing and analysis this would most likely be done by looking at the input file sizes, so we'll want a cross-platform file size utility.
