investigate injection support for MS Edge

The description is pretty vague (just something about a check in the kernel when loading a library into Edge to ensure it's signed), but my guess is that this would block both AppInit and the various early and late injections. Earliest injection would still work but of course that's not there by default. This issue covers investigating and coming up with a solution.
