DynamoRIO fails to read config file while execve system call

$ gcc test.c -g -o test
$ drconfig -reg python -norun
$ drrun -debug -msgbox_mask 0xf -- ./test

DR should not follow on python execution as it is registered not run with python, but DR actually attached to python too.
