Description

_From [bruen...@google.com](https://code.google.com/u/109494838902877177630/) on July 18, 2013 13:01:09_

I ran "dclick DynamoRIO.html" in docs /dir in my Vista64 VM which has IE7.
It blocks enabling the javascript in the sidebar by default.
If I allow it, it shows the sidebar but it just has the logo on it: no text
at all. It's kind of bad b/c we removed the page-internal content lists.
But, IE7 is pretty old, and has general compatibility issues in any case.

The online version at dynamorio.org/docs/ has the same behavior; IE7 says
"Error on page" on loading.

IE8, IE9, and IE10 look fine.

I think we're ok with this, as to fix it we'd have to hack doxygen, but I
wanted to record the problem.
