[win32] add IIS syscall data

some applications install drivers with their own syscall vectors

IIS is one such app

to run Dr. Memory on it we'd need to add its syscall data (though my memcmp-on-unknown-syscall should work for
most writes)

This issue does not seem related to Mac OS guest. If you agree, please change the Guest OS value to "Unknown". Thanks!
